Standard monitoring service includes: daily portal review by our monitoring team during business hours; immediate response (within 1 hour during business hours) on any high-priority alarm; remote diagnostic and resolution where possible; on-site visit dispatch within 24 hours where required; monthly performance reports; annual deep performance review with optimisation recommendations. Service cost: £200-£600/year depending on system size and required response SLA. ROI: a single missed inverter trip lasting 30 days on a 200 kW system loses approximately 16,000 kWh worth £3,500-£4,500 in generation. The monitoring service pays for itself in fault-detection alone, plus provides peace of mind for critical-load installations and supplier-audit positioning value. Monitoring portal coverage: SolarEdge Monitoring, SMA Sunny Portal, Huawei FusionSolar, Fronius Solar.web, Goodwe SEMS, Solis Cloud — we cover all major commercial inverter platforms. Response SLA tiers. Standard (business hours, 1-hour response): £200-£400/year. Priority (extended hours including weekends, 1-hour response): £400-£600/year. Critical (24/7 monitoring with 1-hour response): £600-£1,200/year. Most clients on Standard; critical-load installations on Priority or Critical.
