Detailed scope and pricing
Basic O&M (Β£400-Β£800/year for 200-500 kW systems). Annual visual inspection of all panels, inverters, racking, cabling, and electrical equipment. Annual performance review against PVSyst forecast. Monthly remote alarm monitoring (alarms forwarded to farm operator). Telephone support during business hours. Suitable for: farm operators wanting basic peace of mind without ongoing operational support. Standard O&M (Β£800-Β£1,800/year). All basic plus: quarterly remote performance check; panel cleaning every 2 years; inverter air filter replacement annually; EICR coordination at year 5. Suitable for: most working farm installs where ongoing optimisation matters. Premium O&M (Β£1,800-Β£3,500/year). All standard plus: 4-hour business-hours response SLA on critical alarms; twice-yearly site visits; performance guarantee (if PR falls below 80% due to a fault we should have caught, we pay shortfall compensation). Suitable for: critical-load installations (dairy parlour with no UPS backup); installs supporting major supplier-audit value where prolonged outage could risk contract renewal; estate-tenanted installs where landlord requires performance assurance. What we deliver in every contract: annual performance review report (kWh generated vs forecast, performance ratio trend, degradation rate analysis, recommended optimisations); alarm monitoring (we watch the portal alarms; you don't have to); inverter health checking; module-level analysis where SolarEdge optimisers installed; full operational handover at end of contract if you decide not to renew.
